Why a bill and not a form?
Your bill already holds everything we need: what you use, when you use it, what you pay for each part of it, and the shape of your year. A calculator asks you to guess at numbers you have no reason to know, then hands your guess back looking confident.
How long does it take?
Uploading takes about thirty seconds. We come back with your numbers within two business days.
Does it cost anything?
No. There is nothing to pay and nothing to commit to. We use your bill to work out your numbers and to get back to you, and we do not sell your details.
Which page of the bill do you need?
Page two, usually. That is where the usage table, the rates and the daily supply charge sit. A phone photo is fine. If you are a business, send the whole bill, because the demand charge is often on its own page.
What if the answer is no?
Sometimes it is, and we will tell you. A roof that needs replacing first, a short lease, a house that is empty all day. We would rather say so than sell you something that will not work.
Do you do businesses as well as homes?
