Why a bill and not a form
Your bill already holds everything we need. What you use, when you use it, what you pay for each part of it, and the shape of your year. A calculator asks you to guess at numbers you have no reason to know, then hands your guess back looking confident.
If the answer is no
Sometimes it is. A roof that needs replacing first, a short lease, a house that is empty all day. We will tell you that, and why, rather than sell you something that will not work.
